Sterlite Tech has declared the appointment of Kumud Srinivasan from Intel Corporation to its Board of Directors with impact from May 22, 2018.
Kumud is Vice President and Director of Non-Volatile Memory Fab Manufacturing and Automation Systems at Intel Corporation.She has put in 30 years at Intel in US, driving numerous worldwide capacities, noticeable ones being R&D for technology manufacturing, modern automation and Internet of Things for manufacturing offices. From 2012 to 2016, she filled in as President for Intel India.
As a Non-Executive and Independent Director, Kumud will be on Sterlite Tech’s Board for a term of five years, from the date of appointment.
